Pachinko halls allowed to reopen in Osaka
Pachinko halls with a floor space of 1,000 square meters or less will be allowed to reopen from tomorrow.
Japan.- Pachinko halls will be allowed to reopen in Osaka from Saturday as the country starts to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic.
Pachinko halls with a floor space of 1,000 square meters or less will be allowed to reopen, but any size above that will not be permitted to open their doors yet.
Osaka Governor, Hirofumi Yoshimura said: “I want to aim for a society that lives with this virus while maintaining economic activity. However, we need to continue to remain vigilant.”
Osaka is not included in the state of emergency orders being lifted in 39 prefectures in Japan.
