Macau.- An average of 15 players are on the main gaming floors of Integrated Resorts in Macau say reports.
According to research conducted by Inside Asian Gaming, the number was averaged throughout afternoons of this week.
The outlet walked the main gaming floor of 11 of the SAR’s largest IRs on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to conduct a headcount on players.
To produce their findings, they visited The Venetian Macao, Parisian Macao, Sands Cotai Central, City of Dreams, Wynn Palace, MGM Cotai, Galaxy Macau, Grand Lisboa, Wynn Macau, MGM Macau and StarWorld.
The busiest at their times of visiting was the MGM Macau, where they found 10 table game players and 25 players on slots.
This was closely followed by Grand Lisboa with 10 at the tables and 14 on slots. They say that on average for all the casinos, each gaming floor had seven players on tables and eight players on slots.
The numbers show an indication of how Macau’s casinos have reopened gradually after strict lockdown measures from the Coronavirus pandemic.
How quickly the casinos will recover from the outbreak remains undetermined, given that strict border restrictions remain in place.
