Casino sales up to 18% at Grand Korea Leasure

The South Korea foreigner-only casino operator saw a monthly increase in sales in October.

South Korea.- Grand Korea Leisure, which operates foreigner-only casinos, has seen an 18 per cent increase in sales month-on-month for October.

October sales reached KRW11.11bn (US$9.8m), up from KRW9.41bn in September.

The numbers remained down by 69.5 per cent year-on-year, from KRW36.45bn in October 2019.

Accumulated sales for the first 10 months of 2020 were KRW180.54bn, down 54.5 per cent on the KRW396.58bn achieved in the same period last year.

Grand Korea Leisure runs three foreigner-only casinos in South Korea under the Seven Luck brand: two in the capital Seoul and one in Busan.
